All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order error & damaged items
- If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at shopparakiss@gmail.com within 2 days of the package's arrival. Include image or video proof clearly showing the item and the damage or error.
- After 2 days, Parakiss will no longer be responsible or liable for any issues with your order.
- You will have the option to receive a refund, a replacement of the same item, or store credit.
Shipping expenses
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to their purchases and returns. Please note that these charges are non-refundable.
